Music artist and record label owner, Don Jazzy will join other notable personalities at an event themed ‘Conversations on Democracy and Development’, a brainchild of social media leading light and consummate public speaker, Japheth Omojuwa.

Scheduled to take place tomorrow at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, the event will feature the presentation of ‘Digital: The New Code of Wealth’, a data-backed compendium detailing the power of digital platforms to make change happen.

“While the conversations address the issues facing Nigeria’s democracy and tools available to young people in making the desired change happen, the book delves directly into what has been achieved through technology and the enormous potential of the digital space,” said Omojuwa.

“The book makes a compelling argument as to what we can achieve and I hope it serves as an inflection point in our journey to individual and collective wealth creation.”

The inaugural edition of ‘Conversations on Democracy and Development’, will feature a host of speakers and attendees including the CEO of Futuresoft, Nkemdilim Begho; Group Head, Corporate Communications, BUA Group, O’tega Ogra; award-winning artistes, Remilekun ‘Reminisce’ Safaru and Olamide Adedeji; entrepreneur, TM Ogunsemo, and Chairman of TILT Group, Musa Halilu-Ahmed.

The event is supported by Sterling Bank, Wema Bank, NairaBet, Alpha Reach, Softcom, Gokada, and more.
